League and Team Fan Store Orders – Disclosure & Terms

By placing an order through any league store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

League Review & Approval Rights
The leaue director or elected league representative has the right to review, modify, and approve all designs, styles, materials, and mockups on behalf of the team or league before production begins.
The league retains sole and final discretion to approve all designs and make changes as needed. The final league-approved mockup will supersede any prior versions or customer preferences.
For many team stores—especially fan gear stores—orders are not processed or sent to production until the store’s official closing date.
All production timelines and delivery estimates begin after the store closing date and after final mockup approval by the league.
Please be aware that all custom-ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. While we strive to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards, custom items are made specifically for your team and/or player and therefore all sales are final. Team Fan Stores

Each store remains open until its official closing date, and all orders are processed together after the store closes.
No production or delivery timelines begin until the store closing date, and delivery estimates are based on this date—not the date an individual order is placed.
Please be aware that all custom-ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. While we strive to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards, custom items are made specifically for your team and/or player; therefore, all sales are final.

Delivery Estimates

For team stores: delivery timeframes provided are based on the store closing date, not the date an individual order is placed.
All timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including vendor delays, material availability, and shipping interruptions.

Production begins immediately after order confirmation to ensure efficient delivery timelines.

No changes to size, color, design, or personalization details can be made once production begins.
Anarchy Ink reserves the right to reject any requested changes after confirmation.
We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or material differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.
