By placing an order with Anarchy Ink, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

All products are made to order and customized according to customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items:

• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once an order has been placed.
   
• Customers are responsible for verifying all sizes, colors, designs, and quantities before confirming the order.
   

Production begins immediately after order confirmation to ensure efficient delivery timelines.

• No changes to size, color, design, or personalization details can be made once production begins.
   
• Anarchy Ink reserves the right to reject any requested changes after confirmation.
   

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item:

• You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
   
• We will review the claim, and if verified, a replacement or resolution may be offered at our sole discretion.
   

• Third-Party Carriers: Orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to the address or designated team representative provided at checkout.
   
• Recipient Responsibility: If items are delivered to a coach, team mom, or representative, they assume responsibility for distributing the order to individual customers.
   
• Carrier Delays & Tariffs: Anarchy Ink is not liable for shipping delays, customs inspections, tariff assessments, labor strikes, regulatory changes, or any other disruptions beyond our control.
   
• Estimated Delivery Times: All delivery dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
   
• No Refunds for Carrier Issues: No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued due to delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, or international shipping regulations.
   

• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
   
• Customers must file any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages directly with the carrier.
   

By submitting logos, designs, images, or text for customization, you affirm you have the legal right to use such materials.

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anarchy Ink from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the use of customer-provided designs, logos, or intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Anarchy Ink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from order placement, production, or delivery delays.
   
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
   
• Except as expressly stated, Anarchy Ink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
   

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the products, or services provided by Anarchy Ink shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
   
• Arbitration Location & Rules: The arbitration shall be conducted in Bernalillo County, New Mexico before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
   
• Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
   
• Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Bernalillo County if the claim falls within the court’s jurisdictional limits.
   

Anarchy Ink shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or acts of terrorism.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or material differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements.

Anarchy Ink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If items are delayed in transit or returned to us due to shipping disruptions, the order will be delivered upon receipt and clearance through the carrier. Anarchy Ink cannot accelerate customs or carrier procedures. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and file claims with carriers when necessary.
