1. Custom Orders: All our products are made to order and customized according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
2. Order Changes: We begin production promptly after placing an order to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, changes to orders (such as size, color, or design) cannot be made once your order is confirmed.
3. Quality Assurance: We take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt for assistance.
4. Shipping:  We understand the convenience of delivering custom apparel directly to coaches or team moms. Please note the following guidelines: Recipient Responsibility: When selecting delivery to a coach or team mom, it is the recipient's responsibility to arrange for pickup from the designated team individual. 
5.  Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary based on location and shipping and/or delivery method. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, exact delivery times, particularly during peak periods, cannot be guaranteed. 
6. Intellectual Property: By submitting a design or logo for customization, you affirm that you have the legal right to use any provided logos, images, or text. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property rights or our ethical standards.
